The practice of Yoga has been my passion and my way life for many years. I stared by teaching my friends asanas and helping them to understand the benefits of yogic way of life. Soon after I decided to take it one step further by going to India to experience the ashram life and get my official training to become a Yoga instructor, deepening my knowledge and improving my teaching techniques.
My objective is to help people improve their lives by implementing a daily wholesome nutritional plan, yoga practice and quiet time for meditation, in order to enjoy a joyful, healthier life.
